Challenging sloped infill lot but we saw the potential! The result was an efficient and attractive home.

Built on a downtown infill lot, this purpose built duplex was an example of gentle densification. The design has a modern feel but at the same time paying homage to the surrounding architecture. The two units were designed to accommodate multi-generational or independent living. Building on an urban lot came with challenges that we embraced and delivered a beautiful building.

Inspired by local farm architecture this house will be an example of good design combined with suburban efficiency. It is possible!

Existing Mid-Century bungalow revived and brought back to life. The addition and renovation will accommodate a multi generational family.

Urban multi-unit building addressing the missing middle housing needs. Designed around transit and facing a double bike lane, this development is encouraging the use of alternate methods of transportation.

Developing a project that would work with a hill is a challenge to say the least. Not for us! This project needed efficiencies in all aspects. Minimizing excavation, providing parking and finding servicing solutions were just a few challenges.
